We want you to love your Mystique MSQ-01. If something is not right, here is how we handle it.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is received in a damaged or defective condition
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect (covered under our warranty policy)
Note: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.
What Is Not Returnable
- Products that have been used, opened or tampered with
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling or negligence
- Returns initiated beyond the 7-day window
- Products purchased during sale or promotional events (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
- Email helpdesk@mystique.beauty with your order ID and a clear video/photo of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 48 business hours
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you (for defective/wrong items)
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only for confirmed manufacturing defects or wrong product deliveries
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference or buyer's remorse
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Replacement
Where a refund is not applicable, we may offer a replacement unit at our discretion. Replacement is subject to product availability.
